Reliasourcing lit up July with BPOchella, our Q2 awarding event that brought festival energy and heartfelt appreciation together in one unforgettable night. Set in full color and sound, the event celebrated the teams and individuals who continue to drive the company forward through results, resilience, and, of course, a relentless spirit.
BPOchella Celebration: Fun, Food, and Festive Moments

Like any great show, BPOchella had its standout activities, and it brought something unique to the celebration. The fun questions warmed the crowd up, and laughter bounced across the room as employees took the stage to join games. And a special performance brought in the hype, with energy filling the space like a true music fest.

The buffet made sure no one went hungry, creating a shared space for teams to relax, reconnect, and refuel together. Lining the tables with meals and encouraging everyone to slow down for a moment, grab a plate, and enjoy real conversations with peers and fellow awardees.

But the true heart of the night came from our leaders. Head of Business Development Amir opened the night with powerful words: “Thank you so much for your resilience, for your commitment, for your dedication, for showing up every day, for obviously coming up with amazing and excellent results for our clients, for ourselves, and doing it all with a smile and the right attitude.”
Later, Operations Director Henie gave the crowd something to take home, goals to work toward, and a challenge to level up: “What are you going to do differently next for quarter 3? What would you also like to achieve? … It’s going to be a joint effort for all of us, it’s going to be your own success, the team’s success, the company’s success.”

Spotlight on Stars: Awarding the Quarter’s Finest
The stars of the night were the Q2 awardees, who were recognized for going above and beyond across campaigns. Each honoree represented standout performance, team impact, and consistency in delivering excellence.

From first-time awardees to seasoned performers, the awards were symbols of growth and momentum, and the attendees celebrated their peers with cheers, claps, and the kind of recognition that makes hard work worth it.
Voices from the Spotlight: Q2 Awardee Reflections
The spotlight shone on the awardees during the program, and continues to shine as they share with us what the moment meant to them. Across interviews, the common thread was clear: gratitude, motivation, and an appreciation for teamwork, along with a vision of achieving greater heights.

For Pat and Clang, both from the same team, recognition came with a mix of shock and fulfillment. Pat reflected on its unexpected nature: “Since bago lang ako, kaka-start ko lang last December… hindi ko rin masyado ine-expect. But… I do my best when it comes to my work” (Since I’m just new, just started last December, I didn’t really expect it. But I do my best when it comes to my work). Clang, now a two-time awardee, admitted to still being surprised: “Still overwhelmed and surprised. But I know in myself that I also deserve this.”
They both credited their strong work environment and team support as driving forces. Pat shared, “Napaka-importante ng environment when it comes to work… as long as it is healthy, magiging malaking contribution siya sa work” (One’s environment is very important when it comes to work… as long as it is healthy, it’s going to be a huge contribution to our work).
Adel, a Sales Development Executive, met the award with pride and motivation, “My first reaction was that I felt so proud, and I feel like I’m more motivated to perform well.” She tied her performance to results. “Since sales is a numbers game, we want to make sure that we perform and we produce numbers.” Her takeaway? “Being confident in yourself. Having micro goals for a day… everything will fall into place as long as you have the perseverance to produce numbers.”

From Leading Leaders: Serving as Examples

Franco, ICT Operations Manager, acknowledged the role of appreciation in driving performance: “Thankful ako sa company, at the same time dun sa head ko… sa pag-appreciate sa mga naaambag ko sa team” (I’m thankful to the company, as well as to my head… for appreciating all my contributions to the team). He highlighted his involvement as an ISO internal auditor, co-process owner, and implementor of his department as a key contribution to his quarter win. And to his team, he left the message: “Continue lang doon sa mga ginagawa natin. Gawin nila yung best na alam nilang possible para dun sa mga pinaggagawa namin. At the same time, mag-aral pa sila dun sa mga bagay na lacking sila” (For my team, just continue with what they’re doing. Do the best that they know is possible for what we’re doing. At the same time, they should study the things that they’re lacking).
Team Leader Sydney shared how being recognized made her feel both “excited and overwhelmed.” She explained, “receiving an award is something that’s kind of overwhelming. You think about how you will be consistent in getting that kind of award… it helps motivate me to do more in my work.” Her secret to staying grounded? “Always comply before you complain.” And to her team, she leaves this message: “They just need to be here. Always. Be present. Be present because experience is the best teacher.”

From Leading Leaders: Recognizing their Teams

Leadership awardees Team Leader Raymund and Operations Manager Kaye underscored the role of their teams. Raymund said, “It’s not just with the numbers, it’s all about overall performance, including behavior.” Kaye added, “All the efforts, not only for me or from me, but for the team are recognized.”
When asked what advice they’d offer others, Raymund was clear: “They should know the basics… that will be their guide to becoming a performer.” Kaye emphasized vision and execution: “Having a goal, or setting a goal for themselves, and taking action.”
Their messages to their teams reflected a sense of deep gratitude and forward-looking vision for their campaigns. Raymund said, “What contributed most with my performance is the help of my agents, with their hard work and perseverance. Motivating them and making sure that they are consistent on a daily basis. We know that there are rough days, however, that should be their drive to perform better the following day.” Kaye concluded, “I always want to account it to my agents, to the team, because they’ve always been there. Whatever they were asked to do, you will not really hear any complaints, they will just do their best, not just for Reliasourcing, but also for the client… I really want to thank them, because the success of the team is not just because of me, but because of them.” The two agreed: the award they received is a testament of their team’s efforts.
Looking Upward, Celebrating the Stars

BPOchella was bold and brilliant. Everything a great celebration should be. But more than the lights, the music, or the applause, the recognition was about showing each other that effort doesn’t go unnoticed and that success, when shared, hits differently.
Here’s to carrying the rhythm of Quarter 2 into the rest of the year with louder support, stronger collaboration, and deeper pride in what we do together. Congratulations, Q2 Awardees!
